I was participant into the Chinese Martial Art (Wushu) since year 2004 with my age of 26. Along the years till 2008, I won myself numbers of trophies between interschool’s competitions. Here are the details award and ranking I got from year 2005-2008:-

CAUTION: Do Not Try This At Home. Professional Guidance Is Advised.

Do you ever saw how’s Jackie Chan, Jet Lee or Kung Fu Stars performed walking thru the wall and make a quick back turn in the movies?

Here I come. I can performed this stunt with special trained by my Wushu Coach. Kids or even adults, never ever try this at your home. This is not a game that you can play around

In order to perform this action, you must have a good bouncing jump, a flexibility skill and speeds. If too slow, you’ll falling down. If too fast, you will landed with over turn. The total timing from the moment you step on the wall till landed is about 1.5 second.

Don’t be surprise, a lot of my Wushu members can do it. But provided you have the skills.
